Teresa McNeil is the Director of the Veterans Programs offered by The H.O.U.S.E.. Inc.… She has the primary responsibility for veteran’s services and oversees the daily operations of the Grant Per-Diem/Contract and Health Care for Homeless Veterans Programs. She also serves as the primary liaison with the Veterans Administration. Mrs. McNeil is a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and is a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CRADC).
Mrs. McNeil attended the Southwest Baptist University where she majored in psychology and minored in physical therapy. In 1996, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree. While working in the field of human services, she attended Missouri State University and obtained her Master degree in Social Work in 2008.
She volunteered her time conducting didactical group at The H.O.U.S.E., Inc., and shortly become an employee in 2009 as the Program Director over Veterans programs. In 2010, she was licensed as an LCSW and certified as a CRADC. During the time spent at our facility, she has helped create the Outpatient Program in Joplin, Missouri and overseen its functions. She left our safety and returned back to the world to work as an intern-program director at Pathways in Nevada Missouri and then as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Access Family Care in surrounding rural areas and Joplin Missouri.
She returned back to our family in June of 2014 to continue to serve the Veterans and their needs. She truly has a heart of service to veterans as well as to The H.O.U.S.E., Inc.…
