Teacher,  & Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training Cindy Stratton-Keeter is the G.E.D. teacher and Educational Coordinator at The H.O.U.S.E., Inc. in Webb City, Missouri since December 2009. As the Educational Coordinator, Cindy works at assisting clients with college entry. She has been working as a Substance Abuse Counselor-In-Training since July, 2011. Also at The H.O.U.S.E., Inc., Cindy has been working as a counselor to veterans in our Grant Per Diem program. Prior to coming to The H.O.U.S.E., Inc., Cindy had been a special education teacher for the Joplin School District from 1982 through 2009. Cindy has a bachelor's degree in education from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri and a master's degree in counseling from Pitsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas.
